CORE GREEN A01 is our house-standard A-Grade matcha, the exact tea we prepare and serve daily in our shop. Crafted primarily from the Okumidori cultivar with support from Samidori cultivar, A01 is selected specifically for its structural balance, vibrant emerald color, and clean, versatile profile.

Milled to an exceptional fineness, it holds its vibrant color and rich, rounded umami through dairy, plant milks, and heavy ice, while remaining refined enough for traditional whisked usucha.

Recommended preparation:
Whisk with 170°F water. Excellent for matcha lattes, iced matcha, shaken drinks, and daily usucha.
